As I mentioned on our Facebook page, this Saturday we have Sister Stewardship Interviews, AKA Visiting Teaching Interviews. I volunteered to make Supervisor Contact Cards to help the sisters remember who their Supervisors are and to report after each act of caring or even just before the end of the month so the supervisors don’t have to call a list of sisters to find out the details of the report.
I used to be afraid of sharing the caring, just report if I visited or not. But I have learned that …

Yippy, I really am blown away at the many sisters who are talented with the computer and can design anything and everything for us Visiting Teachers to print. As we prepare to hear the words of the Prophet and other mouthpieces of the Lord, I find myself focusing on the more important things in my life. There are things I strive to accomplish personally in my life, as a wife, as a mother, but especially as a daughter of God here on the Earth with purpose and direction. What exactly is that direction? Sometimes, I feel like there are so many different things pulling me in a lot of different directions all at once. You sisters seem to …
I’ve been wanting to start a General Conference Journal. So here’s my chance here in 2011! After sharing it with our ward I figured I’d share it with you all too. Seriously, there were so many cute ideas out there for Youth, Primary and even Nursery! I wanted something that wasn’t super “showy” for adults and not too cutesy that guys wouldn’t like it either. Something that would help me concentrate on General Conference and help me get the most out of it. I also wanted to make sure I …

I chose to create an enhancer for this message from the General Relief Society Meeting, because, I personally needed to hear President Monson’s message titled Charity Never Faileth. I never thought of myself as being judgmental, but after listening to him and re-reading his message, I believe I have some work to do. My Favorite part, of course, is this one:
““Why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?” Or, to paraphrase, why beholdest thou what you …
