But I can explain it here too. Make contact with your sister by the 5th. Make an appointment to visit your sister by the 10th. Make your visit by the 15th. Call your supervisor by the 20th of each month. It's hard to do, but when you do it this way, it doesn't feel like you're waiting til the last minute and it doesn't make you feel like you've slacked off as a Visiting Teacher and helps you to always be in contact with your sisters.
