Our YW Camp theme this year is “We put the ‘her’ in Hero.” Your clipart of the Young Woman would be perfect. Is there a way that we could have access to just the clipart of the girl?

As of right now I’ve only given limited permission to Megan C to allow her to use my warrior princess silhouette image for this year’s 2010 Young Women theme. I had no idea this would be so popular or that anyone even liked the raw images I’ve created for Visiting Teaching. Maybe someday I’ll have time to set up a site to create and sell my “raw” images for everyone to use on their own projects. For now, I’m going to have to limit my time to this Visiting Teaching site. Thanks again for your comment and your interest in my work and for being a great Visiting Teacher.

Is there no way to get just the warrior princess image from you without having to photoshop out the glitter/theme, etc. from the above pdf? Thx.

Wendy, Muchisimas gracias por su commentario. Me alegra mucho que las hermanas hispanas le gustan estos documentos que diseno yo y otras hermanas. Yo trato de traducir los documentos pero me questa mucho para traducir. Es mas facil de traducir de espanol a ingles para mi. Si puedes commentar con la traducion de el documento yo puedo hacer la traducion mas facil y mas rapido, y puedo poner el nuevo documento aqui en la pagina. Gracias por ser una grando maestra visitante.

Sheryl, Glad you like the warrior princess image. Just click the images above to download them to your computer, they are JPGs and PDFs.You can use them for new beginnings or whatever YW activity which has to do with this year’s theme.

Sheryl, Thanks for your comment. Megan is the gal who designed this printable using the images she’s gotten from different places. In order to create things like this you’ll want an image editing software like Adobe Photoshop or other programs. I create using that program just in case you’d like to know. I’m sure there are several free tutorials on the internet which explain how to design using Photoshop. Just search for “free photoshop tutorials.” Hope that helps. Sorry I can’t get into more details, it would take too long for me so I’ll leave it up to the teachers and professionals to explain how to do it. Glad you like the image! Have a great day.
